What Is Your Sleep Like?

A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I was reviewing my sleep log (started keeping one July 13, 2018). I haven’t been to bed before midnight. A couple of nights I went to bed at midnight but more often it is between 2am-5am. I don’t have a consistent sleep pattern. Some nights it’s 4 hours, some nights it’s 10 hours. Regardless of how many hours I sleep, I feel wiped out when I wake up.

There no use of me going to bed before 12 AM. I would not sleep.

The first couple times I took it, it worked great! Now it's so-so. Although I am going to bed between 2-3 now instead of 4-5. Not that it helps a lot, I just noticed the difference. I just keep logging it so I will have the info when I go to see my doc next month.Hope you and your daughter are doing well ☺️

When I was going to school ( K - 12 ) it would take me for ever to get to sleep. When I would get to school , I would be dozing on and off , in the early times during school.

I too play rain and thunderstorm playlist at night and a few times, I've had all four of my furbies curled up with me when I get it bed. The sounds help but when the furbies are all curled up with me, I fall right asleep. Them and the fact that it's usually 4 or 5 in the morning 😂
