If you’re trying to apply for SSI/SSDI , the SSA ( social security administration ) is going to want you I.D. , all medical information from Dr.’s and specialist, who know and have documents on your Epilepsy. They may also want your bank statements .

Hope that all your documents will help you qualify for your social security.

You don’t pay until you win. Then they take it out of your check. I will tell you that is the only way it worked for me. It took four years for me to get it. I won after I got the lawyer.

Do you've a family friend who is a therapist, psychologist ,psychiatrist and/or doctor who has seen at least one of your seizures? Because if so have him/her write a note about the seizure/epilepsy incident along with all your other medical papers/files/documents but have it separated from the rest of your documents. That way you/your guardian/caregiver/ dependent can immediately give it to the judge if s/he ask for it.

Go to your neurologoist or family Dr. for help to do the papers. I never needed a lawyer & been through disability for 10 yrs.
