I've been married 18 years and my wife has noticed the same thing and I am a male.After I have multiple orgasms it triggers seizures.I done some research.And the reason why it is a trigger is because our brains our over stimulated with a natural chemical substance called endorphins.This chemical substance gives us a natural high and puts our brains into overdrive thus triggering auras and seizures.Therefore we must at least give ourselves a 3 to 4 day break and learn to slow down during intercourse and pace ourselves.We who have Epilepsy can not have hardcore sex it must be soft and easy.This way we do not send our brains into over drive and release too much endorphins at once..This is according to Johns Hopkins University, University of Cincinnati Neuroscience Department, and University of Oxford England.Therefore my wife has taught me to slow down during intercourse and it lasts for hours and does not become a trigger.

That is not one thing triggers my seizures at all. But if I do not get enough sleep it willtrgger a seizure for sure.

There is some research that the stimulation or over excitement during sex could potentially cause a surge in the brain that could cause a seizure. But its not very common apparently

Glad to hear I'm not the only one! Thankfully after the first its just the metallic tasting aura along with the scary butterflies. If any more in a short space of time it leads to a seizure. The fun we can't have lol xx
