I have heard of hormones and the menstrual cycle triggering seizures. It can be common among women with epilepsy. Now as for the surgery you had, I have no idea. It may have happened before, but I don't know. Epilepsy is a very mysterious condition and we know very little about it. I'm so sorry that you have been having seizures. We are all here for you when you need to talk.
