My doc told me it was my "Emotional Side" (Right Side) of my brain where my Seizures come from. Was told to try to control my emotions. Any ideas?

I have some books on techniques and therapies for emotional issues. ERT or emotional release techniques. Cbt or cognitive behavioral therapy is supposed to help as well. 😊 one site I found has some good info & there's many more. holistic-mindbody-healing.com is the site I've looked at. There are numerous techniques you can use on yourself. 😊. I hope you're able to get it under control. You're in my prayers.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I think that is a question to ask your neurologist. The article that follows is just about the types of headaches that are associated with seizures, but I did not find a source to answer your specific question regarding the headache not occurring in the same area of the brain that the partial seizure was in.
