NOT Epilepsy Related, Just Curious. Has Anyone Experienced Mirror-Touch Synesthesia ?
So if you see a person get hurt or injured a area of their body, by you witnessing it or just seeing it on a movie or tv show and you can mentally feel the pain. I found out, that 2% of of us in the U.S. have this ability.

I am really sensative to sadness. When someone loses someone or if there is a really sad moment in a moment in a movie. I use to flinch in movies when women would get hit but I found out that that was victimization. Sadness is Empathy. I am really honest with my feelings and that is not always a good thing. Bottling things up is never good for people with Epilepsy because it causes stress. It is finding a constructive way to deal with it.
What about reading books and getting to gory scene or action films me personally I’d scrunch my face up I done that reading a jack reacher novel or hiding and peeking out between hands watching films and tv shows x x
