@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member this is my thing... i think, over thinking is an broad term. thinking can be anything (including all emotional, from the brain to motor functions and back for the 1st time, and speech in general). over thinking is just thinking in overdrive.
my option is, there is the brain, then thinking and repeated motion, then feeling and emotions and movement, and so on.
that is what i am saying... overthinking epilepsy kinds is to huge because it could be anything.
but yet again, this is my thoughts.

I’ve been told both of those all my life. “Tina, you think to much. Aren’t you overthinking this just a LOT! Stop it. You’re never going to get anything done!, or You care to much.”
When people tell me these things, I have learned over the years a responce to shut them up.
My responce, “Well, someone has too!” Yes I know what that implies, but if they think that I care too much, then I can imply that they don’t care at all. Peraonal opinion. Sounds a little mean but there are people out there that say they care and do nothing to help. Then there are those like us. Those who do care and do help.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, your right about brain’s process. But stronger the emotions the closer chances of triggering the seizures. Emotions like, stress h of course ) high excitement, depression, anxiety, frustration, pain along with over thinking, deep thoughts, and thinking too hard.

I remember a few times in high school ( my teen years ), I would come home with homework. And I would be thinking hard trying to get the right answers, spelling the words correctly and comprehending a story or solving a math problem. Many times my seizures would be triggered. I would out and the book, papers and pencils, would be scattered all over the table and on the floor. Out of all my homework math was the worst.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member ... our brains process a thousand of things in less than a sec... if that is not overthinking, i don't know what is. i think it is the stress or worrying about something then anything. but that is my option.
