yes music therapy work wonders. i found the oppisite is true. music will cause seizures. the music seizures is called 'musicogenic epilepsy'.
for me. i works but if i have a seizure. i have 4 types of epilepsy cause by food triggers. anyway... music did not help me contol the seizures but when i have a simple and/or complex partial, mom (or someone) will sing with me. 9-10 times my mind will 'snap out of it'.

I wish I knew about a lot of things earlier. However, it is good to learns things that can be helpful whenever you can.

I am now listening to healing music and like it as so pieceful fall asleep and in morning radio still on

Lack of proper sleep is a trigger for everyone not just me I also have mild sleep apnea so all my conditions combined no wonder my body isn't acting very nice .
It has been torture most nights but God has heard my prayers and lead me to find that my glasses and healing music has given me some relief .

I'm happy it's working for you. As I stated previously I'll seize, 100% of the time unless I turn volume way down. When the volume is up the strong pulsing beats totally mess me up.
