If you have a smartphone or smart watch you can use it to set daily reminders to take your meds.

You may want to set an alarm to you medication schedule.

I have my IPhone alarms set the scheduled times when I have to take them

I need to use pill strips because I take a lot of meds for other health issues too. The the alarm on my phone can help to remind me so I don’t take a dose late, but with the strips, I’ll always know if I missed a dose. Then I can keep track of any slip-ups more easily. Try a few different methods until you know which one will help you the most…
Good luck, and stay seizure safe.
