I've been told I should be able to recognize my auras but to this day day I can't tell post seizure from pre seizure

I only know i have very minor 5-8 sec. Seizures at night because of the EEG Cap.. There was a very minor one during the day. How the people at Parsonage Cottage ever thought I needed a Nurse at all time, I do not know. However, my Conservator will still look.

The watch I wear says how much I sleep, how many steps, Blood Pressure and other things.

Maybe my needing to urinate is an aura. My face changes. However maybe needing to go is a form of stress. That is also one of my triggers.

My adopted mom here would just say Francis I don't think it matters. That I tried to hard to avoid seizures when I couldn't. Then she'd call me her red headed step child. Say she loved me. I guess she right. I still try to avoid it. But she still loves me no matter what.
