Debilitating Constant Fatigue- Does Anyone Suffer From This?
Have had this fatigue for quite a while. I get enough sleep. Had several sleep studies done, and I have positonal sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome. I take 350 mg of Nuvgil every day, which is how I get through the day. Have not had a seizure since 10/11 and my neurologist has lowered my epilepsy meds a bit. But the fatigue has not gotten any better. Anyone experience this? And if so, how have you coped?

I do suffer from Fatigue, had a Sleep Study and have Hypoxia. I wear a CPAP for oxygen, and it's helped a lot

What is "the quick afternoon 15-20 minute"?
If that's a nap, how do you manage to sleep for such a short time? (If I nap, it is for hours.)
Yes! It's not as bad at the moment because I'm not working but I still get random extreme tiredness that will only last 30 mins max and then go away. If I do the quick afternoon 15-20 min I can stop it.
Sunosi is another relatively new stimulant that I take in conjunction with the Nuvigil
Has helped a lot.
