I find it way when I'm alone to tell I've had seizures.

It happens to me randomly, but not a lot when I have seizures.

Many times, Ihave bitten my tongue. Cheek not as mush.
My tongue is so bad with bite marks , too much salt gives my tongue a lot of sore welts.. when I eat , I don’t put salt on my food. Many processed foods already have salt added. Why add more.

I bite myself in my mouth when I seize. But the guard at night sounds like a good idea

It was something I expected after seizures. The only question was "Did I bite my tongue, my cheeks or both?".

I have Bruxism, which means I grind my teeth. This was diagnosed by my Dentist. I was chewing on my cheeks, so they bled. I have a Bridge and Implant, and a Cap. I wear a Night Guard so cannot do that anymore. The seizures never involved my biting the tongue or cheek, but it would stop that also. Of course, I only wear it at night.
