Skultan hope youre ok mate. sounds like a nighttime fit. I often think "oh maybe its normal to bite your cheeks or tongue!?" its not really.. hard to manage the vaping and yes it is a trigger of course, theres also champix a drug that helps cut down smoking.

You might of made the Ulcer sore , by biting your cheek.

I use to bite my tongue, when I was younger. If I was on my side and on my cheek , I would end up with major bite in the cheeks instead of my tongue.

Either your primary care can address it. If you have questions you can always call Neurologist or Epileptologist.
