I wouldn't know, Besides Diagnozed with 4 forms of Epilepsy since 1982 to the year 2000, also had 1 new type of Seizures with Full Amnesia that Lasted 3 days long every single time I had Prescription Drug that interfered with Tegretol & Tegretol CR, plus 1 Severe Concussion, 12 Mild Concussion so far,& the last thing is I was stuck on Clonazepam from 2003 to 2023 (20 Years of DAMAGE to the Brain, that so many Doctors said "Don't Worry Roger, Clonazepam will not do ANY Harm to You in Any Way") ! Well those Neurologists that told me that, they can ALL Go To HELL for Lying there ASSES OFF to there Patients!!! I've Been Forgetting Way To Much Stuff in the last 2 years, but Started slowly almost 3 years ago, found out from a Psychologist during my Psych Evaluation the Very Same thing that my GP (She was TOP of Her Class in Medical School, She was also Teaching afterwards at the Medical School & Grading the Students Tests / Exam .) told me, "Rog, You really need to get OFF of Clonazepam, that's known to Cause Dementia, You have enough problems"). So I completely stopped taking Clonazepam, and the other 3 kinds of pills given by my Psychiatrist back in 2003 ! I will Never Ever Trust a Neurologist or even a Psychiatrist AGAIN !!! PS: There are WAY & I Do Mean WAY Too Many Doctors that knows About The Long Term SIDE EFFECTS, and They STILL Give MEDICATIONS that has SEVERE SIDE EFFECTS to There Patients that thinks that There Doctors WILL NEVER HARM THEM !!! What About The Hippocratic Oath that they all Swear To Follow, (What is The Full Hippocratic Oath? 1) βI swear by Apollo the physician, and Aesculapius the surgeon, likewise Hygeia and Panacea, and call all the gods and goddesses to witness, that I will observe and keep this underwritten oath, to the utmost of my power and judgment. I will reverence my master who taught me the art.) 2) Modern Doctors see the oath as a Promise to Uphold the art of Medicine and Act in Patients' Interests. "First Oat: Do No Harm"
3) which is still administered in many but not all medical schools, omits any reference to a moral obligation on the part of physicians to be honest with their patients. )
I have found that playing video games helps with my recall. Also writing books is helpful. I have written 4 and are on Amazon. The first book
My Moment of Impact, is a bestseller! I just finished the 4th book, My Moment of Survival.
Google "TOOLS FOR IMPROVING MEMORY" There are lots of suggestions. I'd skip the sponsored articles.
