Epilepsy in BG Neurologists (epileptologists) treat according to protocol. Seizure (complex partial) acquired by three persons. The same drug is prescribed that is written in a neurology textbook for (complex partial) seizure. But the brains of three different individuals are different – all brains are not the same. No doctor pays attention. The pharmacist asks when he wakes up if there is any reason (insomnia, hunger, etc.) for this type of seizure. There are three other types of medication for this type of seizure.
And communication between doctor and pharmacist is at a very low level. The neurologist never allows advice to be given.
He has never taken an opinion from Pharmacefta. There is a case where the pharmacist has much better knowledge than the doctor.
Such is the reality in Bulgaria.
My personal neurologist never looked at a seizure log. Just asking how you are. If I answer that I am not well, he increases the dose of the medicine or prescribes a new one.
I am also treated by a homeopath, which helps me a lot. With his help and that of a homeopath, we discovered the error of a professor of epilepsy. This error continued with the staff neurologist, who is below the rank of professor. In Bulgaria, drugs prescribed by a doctor with a high status cannot be withdrawn by a doctor with a lower status.
Care should be taken when choosing a remedy. Its action, the study of its level in the blood. Will it not interfere with other medicine.
And the most important! HOW DO YOU FEEL!

Maybe you can drink apple cider vinegar and lemon juice in water, just a tsp of it to a glass of water. I would add honey to make taste better and eat with food. It will be easier on the stomach. My doctor suggested that to me, he's a natural doctor.
