I do. I have a traffic light system. I know I'm going into a set of seizures when I nearly kick my wife out of bed at night. I also lose my intellectual capacity and start to make silly judgements. I get restless leg syndrome and my mood drops off. When these start, they kinda increase over days. I call this my amber days. When they peak it moves to red (at this point, I am limited to simple tasks). After a few days I return to amber and then finally green whan I can do normal stuff... However my seizures are cyclical so that works well for me...

I'm like you, I have no aura at all. The only way I know is if my husband tells me I had a seizure. I do know my triggers: lack of sleep and stress.

Thank you! I’ve notice that fear, emotional pain, and stress are my main triggers. It’s just hard to get myself to calm down and relax. I worry too much. 😢

I have no clue when a seizure is coming. I have no form of warning. I go into the seizure and come out doing what I was doing . If no one isn’t in the room with me to witness my seizures , then I don’t know the majority of the time.

I Know when i am about to have a small one but the big ones are usually around that time of the month. The small ones i will get a chill through my body or if its to quiet i will have one.
