As in not having a craving, or see someone who is very attractive and not get the sensation to want to go meet.

Hey everyone, let's not forget about Keppra "rage" 😬 . My wife, rightfully, loses interest when I get very aggraveted about a topic, with the topic not having anything to do with her. This has had an affect on our intimate time as my negative disposition would not be attractive to anyone. Make any sense to anybody? Thanks to all who have had no inhibition to respond to this question of side affects. Answers help everybody. The Epilepsy Foundation has a section about this topic. Regards.

I see that this post is from a while ago, but I'm kinda digging it. I have almost no libido, and my boyfriend and I argue about it constantly. I hate it for him because he doesn't deserve all of that. I had my right temporal lobe removed. I take Lamotrigine, Lamotrigine ER , topiramate, venlafaxine, and Ativan. Does any of that medication or problems sound familiar to you all?

Am on vimpat also, with Onfi & Depakote ER. Besides the drop in sex drive, I also feel a lack of energy, to best describe it, feels like a drop in mental drive to go everyday things. I have tried to approach women, but I fail as soon as I say I have epilepsy, they turn and burn. So no real motivation to try anymore

Yup deffo. I'm on lacosamide and sertraline. I have little interest. Still find women attractive but Major Tom can't be arsed getting out of bed...πŸ˜• Luckily I have a very patient wife ..πŸ˜…

It's been very difficult to quantify whether marijuana is helping me with my seizures or not, since they're so random. (I typically have around 5-6 seizures/month, usually around the same time my wife is having her monthly cycle). But I can say that after Phenytoin basically destroyed my libido (If I'm being honest, it WAS nice to be able to think about something other than gettin' it on, but my wife's a nymphomaniac and I was about to lose her) marijuana DID seem to kick my libido back into gear. So, no matter what, whether it's actually affecting the seizures or not, it has helped in that area.
