I was diagnosed with chiari malformation this last February. I have Temporal Lobe Epilepsy. I have not had my decompression surgery yet. My brain is herniating 6mm out of my skull. My son also has chiari malformation 1 we found out at age 2 he had his decompression surgery. He is now going to be 11 in November and thus far doing great gets checked up once a year cause he could potentially have another. My first seizure was in 2015 my epilepsy diagnosis was 2020 my chiari malformation 1 diagnosis February 2023

I have one. Unsure of size(it's small) not familiar of what it is though. Doctors were not worried enough to even tell me about it. I found it in my doctor notes 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
