Visual Symptoms Or Verbal Symptoms?
Do you think it's better to show a video of your symptoms rather than just saying them

Recording a seizure is really not a bad idea at all. A few problems: You will have to carry a camera 🎥 around with You all the time. 2nd Others will see what what You are doing and think it is pretty strange or stupid. 3rd You may not like what You see after watching what was recorded. What You see may scare You more than what You think a seizure really is after seeing it happen.
It been 3 year since my last major Gran Mal . The hospital ride. I get litle baby hand jerks in middle of cooking and I have to stop slicing or slice ME. The Vidalia Onion chopper is great tool I have had one for over 15 years. replaced once. Epilepsy something to b endured.. No dread Not a big deal . Humor is my fall back. Take care everyone
Hi Macie, my grand mal seizures sound similar to yours, no warning, no conciousness just coming too with a really sore tongue and a really sore head, they can be very scary when they happen, its great to have you on my team, I guess all our seizures are a bit traumatic in their own way.

Always take in any consideration that is at your disposal. If you feel now that is necessary to record yourself do it.

I have followed your postings for over a year now.
To me your rite profoundly and ability to take charge of your doctor's appointments.
Always consider a new doctor and when you interview him or her always explain what you are looking for and why. How will they feel about your opinion before allowing him or her treat you.
You're the patient who needs the help.
It's your decision in the final analysis.
Have a blessed day.
It really depends on how your neurologist is to providing the visual symptoms. And there are too many doctors who will not accept a video as useful unless, the video is taken while your are hooked up to a ambulatory EEG.
