Which Form Of Reminder Works Best For You? Paper Or Digital?

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, I guess so. But it's just crazy how I forget something about 10 minutes after someone tells me it. Maybe I'm just easily distracted & want to do what I want to do, IDK. It's just crazy that in 6th grade I didn't remember the teacher giving us homework, then the next day she said "class, take out your homework", and I was like, "what homework?" Or maybe I'm just not as good at multi-tasking as I thought I was. It's just hard for me to do a list of things unless I have a physical list.

I have the reminders in my phone, but also sticky notes on my computer and carry around a little note pad with me when I'm going out, so paper does help.

Post it notes next to your coffee maker, on bathroom mirror, next to roll of toilet paper, on the door to your garage.
