I just attend church and help out with food pantry stuff sometimes.

Now I can't get out to do charity work, cause I can't work physically I help emotionally by donating to six charities £10 to £17 pounds a month.

Going to church and volunteering there is having great help with my life and me with my epilepsy.

I've had epilepsy for 56 years and I swear that there is something that can help with your seizures ask your epilepsy doctor to let you have a EEG to show you or them what part of the brain is causing the seizures then ask for the right medication to help control your seizures, I swear it may take a while but please just try to do it. Take care and give it a go. XX
