Hi @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member - I have MS & my partner has Epilepsy... our house is a mass of post-its, whiteboards (one is a calendar), notebooks & alarms. Both of us have trouble remembering appointments, passwords, dates, to do lists etc, etc... we also use alarm reminders on our mobile phones so that we don't forget to take our meds at the correct time each day, & alarms to remind us when it is time to leave the house to arrive on time for an appointment (& to remind us that we actually have an appointment in the first instance!)... in fact most days start with a debate as to what day of the week it is! Over time we've learned to stop worrying about it & just put a plan of action in place to manage it... just got to roll with the puches sometimes... 🤗

Nathan, this is a great idea. I didn’t know that you can lock notes.
Of course you have to remember the password to unlock it….

HI @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member... brilliant - delighted you found one online - Amazon is great... write in all your info bit by bit & you'll never have to worry about remembering passwords & login details again... anything that helps, right! Have a great day! 🤗
