I listen to music all day long. Try to focus on something else too. A pet is a must for me, I'm surrounded by cats, they calm me down, keep me in check and give me a reason to keep busy and happy. Finding a hobby also helps. I got into cake decorating by watching videos on craftsy.com there's a lot on there for all types of crafts.
