How Does Your Seizure Affect You 2-3 Days Afterwards?

I am 2 days out from 2 seizure’s on Saturday and all I want to do is sleep. Is this normal?

I was sleepy when I was having the real seizure. Only have auras,

Yes, take the time to relax and allow brain to get back to "normal"....

I was diagnosed in April and when I have a bad one or a series of them I am pretty fatigued for a few days afterwards.

If it was a bad one or a series of them like you had which was 2, yes. Your brain needs to heal from it and so it wants to sleep. I never thought about brains needed to heal from seizures until they told me that in a stroke unit in the hospital.
