actully when i got out of the many meds and got into alternative meds.... then i found out a new thing called 'the keto diet' (released in the late 1970s (right after the atkins diet) and got popular in the mid 1990)(yes i am that old).

John, you said something previously that has been so meaningful to me ( and to my daughter who worries over me like a mother hen). I haven’t forgotten anything … it’s just harder to retrieve right now … The next time I couldn’t recall something and she looked so sad, I said this to her and smiled.
