Did you know seizures are more common during sleep?
When the gears change from one sleep phase to the next, it’s easier for them to slip.

Sometimes I fear going to bed, cause I have had nocturnal seizures.

My sleep is just super inconsistent. Sometimes I will go to sleep at 10pm and wake up anywhere from 7am-11am. Other times I can’t fall asleep until 5am and will wake up at 8am.
