I’m feeling a little sluggish this morning and not wanting to come out of what I slept in last night. Tempted just to stay in it for today

If I'm not feeling just right, I'll tell my wife and let her drive. When I'm not feeling right it is usually caused by not getting enough sleep or forgot my meds.

I was like this the weeks after I had my last TC.

I do as well. Somedays my body simply feels weak. I'm a healthy eater. I take my vitamins, exercise but somedays that simply doesn't overcome the weakness.

Getting around? I cannot drive a car, need to make arrangements with others to do so. It is not safe for me to walk around outside alone, I have gotten overheated and had bad seizures. Because it is not safe for me to take the Public Bus, I qualify for a Door to Door service. We have not figured out how to create an account, but the fare is very reasonable.

The only time I need help, is getting to places, that I can’t get to , on my Mt. Bike or walking distance.
