About Seizures
I feel like I am having seizures and not realizing it
This could be. When I first started having seizures over 35 years ago, which were complex partial seizures, I didn't realize what was happening. It took about two years before I knew they were seizures. I discussed what was happening with my doctor, and I was given an EEG test. I finally realized that these were seizures. Talk to your doctor, and ask what your going through might be. Tell them you suspect that these could be seizures.
The same thing happens to me. Previously my wife would tell me I had one and I would argue and tell her I didn't. Basically I just didn't want to admit it to myself. Later I would realize that I did because I missed things. No idea what had happened during the time that I blacked out.
Once I realized I did I would talk to her about it and have to admit she was right.
Now after a couple of years I just trust her. Apparently I got tired of telling her she was right. 🤷🏻♂️.
I still have them and have no idea unless someone tells me.
It's very possible. This what happened to me. I had to basically learn all the aura signs just to have a chance of keeping track. I have a Neuro appointment in a few weeks where I find out test results as well. So I will see if my tracking is right or wether I may be over doing it a little.
You may possibly be experiencing Complex Partial Seizures. Those are types of seizures that we are unaware of
I never have realized when I had a seizure
