I Just Wondered If Anyone Else Feels This Way. Every Time I Have A Good Day, I Get Sick. Not With A Seizure All The Time, It Happens.

A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

With my seizures, I don't feel when they happen. I argued with my husband most of the day about him putting a small piece of chocolate in my purse, he tried to tell me I forgot that I put it in there. It is so damn frustrating even with small things to not remember so much. Does this happen to anyone else?

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, chocolate, coffee and some sodas all have caffeine which can be a trigger for seizures. At least for me. In some cases, being under stress has a way of starting a trigger towards a seizure also.

Cheryl, that happens to me. I know not to be out or around people. Of course I am single and can do that. What if you wrote yourself some notes that you are confused πŸ€” that must be frustrating πŸ’œβ€οΈ
