Hi, I’ve Been Keeping A Journal For A While. The Most Common Factor In All Of My Comments Is Stress. I Never Thought It An Issue, It Is!
Yes stress, anxiety, etc can cause seizures, and sometimes can lead to psychogenic non epileptic seizures, which mimics a seizure and manifests from our mental thoughts and trying to suppress thoughts. It's called PNES,, so yes if stress or anxiety isn't under control can lead to psychogenic non epileptic seizures, then sometimes followed by a seizure
I am finding that out and trying to avoid going there!
Stress, anxiety, depression, anger , suicidal thoughts and other negative emotions can trigger seizures.

Stress is a big cause of seizures. When I was a child I would go through the summer having only a few seizures but when school started so did the seizures. School brought on too much stress that I’d start having more seizures.
Stress is a huge trigger for my seizures!
