My neurologist suggested it also. I get to try it in the hospital when I am having my week long eeg. I will know in 2 months. Sorry not much help. I have tried two of the snack crackers. My husband bought them. They taste good. I don't know about anything else.
I don't know. They will put me on that when I get in the hospital. Now is the EEG in your hair or on your chest. I might have the test mixed up.
It is something my neurologist is suggesting. I have seen mix reviews about it.
