I don’t truly have a diet . I eat when I get hungry.

Dave, I would love to do the fasting diet with you. Explain it. I do have to eat in the morning and in the evening. This is when I take my meds.

I'm going to be starting the modified Atkins diet in about a month with a nutritionist helping me set up meal plans. I'm trying to get use to eating high fat now. I'm also interested in knowing who has had success with less to no seizures while on the modified Atkins diet.

Other than just thinning of lining of stomach leading to ulcer it can also weaken the work of the medication, cause nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, dizziness If the ulcer does form the problems that can cause is extreme pain, vomiting, loss of blood, weakness, inability of passing gas, increase speed of heart, constipation, nausea, shorten or damage small intestine, intestinal blockage, peritonitis. I recommend at least eat breakfast, allow medication to work full strength!

Yes…skipping breakfast goes against prescription recommendations of “takes following eating” -correct?
