I Was Wondering If You Have A Dietary Plan You Plan On Going By, Is It For You And Your Health And Condition, Or A Personal Thing And Goal?
I have my fasting diet I have been doing since three months ago and I do it for my condition and my religion beliefs, I plan on staying with till I lose another 10 lbs. What is your opinion on the question here?

I discovered one of my antiseizure meds side effects was a lack of appetite which explained why I was eating less food, so I took advantage of the side effect and I started my diet plan to lose weight. I have lost weight and had fewer seizures Well, at least less year.
I normally don't eat bread . Or potatoes, I don't add sugar to anything .I stopped soda Feb 14th this year. I eat rice some times I don't eat Pasta much. I don't eat beef . Or hot dogs. Very rare a pork chop. I love my fruits and veggies ..
This is just me, but I don't let my epilepsy determine my diet. Food is one of life's great joys, and if something tastes good, I will eat it. For better or worse, I want to enjoy great flavors. That is my primary culinary goal.
