Having Our Conditions And Such Etc, And Following The Treatment Given, Have You Did Something Say Modified To It And It Made It Seem Better?
It's a curious and neutral one I'm asking about, i don't want anyone to go off your way you have been doing with your health, but we are dif per person and our conditions are similar I think, but I am wondering if you did something you didn't notice and say took and noticed and it made maybe a slight difference in the condition you and I have, it could be anything I think but what would that be that you think made if any dif in the condition you have,?
Supplements do help. They are my go-to and I also read items on the internet.
I have gone to therapy. Which has helped me a lot with my anxiety that epilepsy brings me.
It has given me ways to cope and deal with everything.
The best thing I had done to improve my epilepsy is having a VNS put in, my life before that was so bad having seizures daily I felt so low and suicidal, but now I feel more positive and happy, + I don't let having epilepsy rule my life.
I’ve done what I’ve always done. Stayed very cautious do to my condition especially with me not only being epileptic but hydrocephalic as well. I just wish I could get rid of this fear I keep having every time I go somewhere. The fear of something unexpectedly happening.

Had trouble trying to figure out if a new medication was doing anything so I talked with my doctor and tried it for six months if nothing changed I just stopped taking it so basically I have stayed on the same medication. Dilation for going on 45 years . But thing is good sometimes and out of nowhere I start having more than one a day for months and then they stop .. it's so hard to get a grasp on it...
