I have been on my fasting diet for about 2 1/2 yrs now and lost 23 lbs, once in a while I'll go over, but try to stay within the calorie range I have tried to put with my diet, my opinion, what do you think? I plan on losing another 5 and half or 6 lbs and then readjust my diet, curious

Not that much, just kinda go by how my pants fit. Not real scientific, I know.

For me, I found that using the smaller plates and adding walking changed my life. Over time, doing it this way I have lost over a hundred pounds. I am at college and let me tell you the foods they offer are not the best healthy wise but I have learned how to make it work. Besides this campus is huge!!! I walk over 10,000 steps many days a week. So anything I do eat that is not as best for me I am walking off. I just weighed in last weekend and I am still loosing weight.

I have never had a need to watch calories. Just lucky, I guess

I’ve gotta get about 55 lbs off of me. I’m over 200 lbs now. Feasible I should be around 160 lbs.
