I have been told to take Vitamins B6 and D. I feel better emotionally when I do take them consistently, and my hair falls out a lot less..

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member Keppra can be hard on vitamins in general. But the advice as of now is B6 + fluids which helps with stopping this happing. Your GP may recommend other vitamins depending on your situation

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member B6 with Keppra is the only one that I know of that has actually been tested in a trial. The trial may even still be going. I found out about it then was recommended it by my Neurologist. The whole idea is that you take the B6 (25mg) combined with fluids and it helps minimise the side effects by flushing out the kidneys. It takes a minimum of 3-6 months to see if it is working. It doesn't work with everyone but if it does it can be very good.
