Sometimes for me napping during the day actually brings a seizure on. Something about my regular sleep patrern breaking has a negative impact.

I have never been one to nap but I’ve been so tired ever since I started having more seizures so I think it helps. I think it’s my bodies way of fighting them off.

Funny you ask this question. I was just talking to my therapist about how it's unsettling for me to be so tired but I've found that taking a nap help me function and feel better.

Everyone is different. You do what you feel that works for you.

Sometime if I’m having cluster seizures , I have no choice but fall asleep.

Then there were past medications that made me fall asleep from their side effect.
