I Get Tired After Walking Or Doing Chores. I Don't Feel I'm Over Doing It, Does Any More Get These Feelings Too?

After walking my dog, Ozzy which he's a very strong 1. I feel fine afterwards and do things that need to get done. Although it seems every afternoon around 2:00 need to lay down for a time period.

Yeah, same here I get tired after a small amount of exercise even if I get enough sleep. I seem to have more energy and motivation to do things around dusk. I keep putting off doing tasks and seem to want to do them later in the day but by then it’s too dark,

I've tried, sometimes I have to go back even if I don't nap and deep breathe for a time period. Sometimes it helps but not always and thankfully if I do fall a sleep I'm usually out for a hour. I was at 1 time able to work when my seizures weren't as often and severe, that's changed through time. I'm sorry you lost your job. Seems like some can work and some can't. I'm on a normal sleep schedule ... most of the time. I still have to nap or just lay down for a bit. Thank you, Kain
