Is It Normal To Take Naps Sp Often? I Take One Almost Every Day Even If I Slept In Till 11 That Morning

Completely normal. Both the epilepsy and the treatment itself can make you feel exhausted!

I always take a nap or just rest sleep is very important to get when you have epilepsy

Meds can have the side effect of making us drowsy, tired, or even go the opposite way and make us struggle sleeping.

The naps have had me referred to be tested twice for type 1 diabetes, now the first time I was referred I'd been partying; birthdays gigs and time off, so given the elevated levels of the dreaded alcohol I was nearly dubbed diabetic.
Second test a few weeks ago no one has called me about so it must be the Meds, then again ...😆
