I've was having the same problems. My PCP has the pharmacy sent my meds prepackaged and dated.. Helps alot with keeping track, but I've have forgotten like the a.m. or p.m. dose, but I just take that dose. Don't double up on the meds thou

The way I handle that is what's the normal time between doses. Whichever is close. If am or pm...

I agree also. I would always seem to forget my middle meds for seizures. It is a little better now. I have a nurse coming by to check my blood pressure and fill my pill pack once a week. Only thing the nurse is new and cannot come the same day every week and my husband said she almost shorted me one of my seizure pills. I tried to show her the app that helps me remember dosage and time to take meds called Pillo. It has become a lifesaver. It rings loud as hell for my time to take medications all during the day and at night. I have not forgotten a dose since I installed. I found it on Google Play. Let me know if you need it. They have more than one, but this one is the best.

I have had that happen also, I just skip till the next dose due, I know there's enough in my system if that is to happen to be ok with, my opinion

Thank you everyone! I have them in a plastic organizer I refill and was setting the week.
But also talking to my husband at the same time. ☹️
It’s probably time to have the pharmacy do it.
