I Mistakenly Took Both Am And Pm Meds This Morning. Should I Skip My PM Meds Tonite

I had vision and dizziness during the later afternoon, diminishing tonight.Since I already took my nighttime meds with my morning meds should I skip my usual nighttime dose?

That would be a good question for your pharmacy or your main doctor I would think.

My opinion is to call your doctor. They should have a covering doctor. I can’t skip any doses because if I do I seize.
