Re: Taking Meds At Exactly Spaced Times By Your Dr. Does Anyone Have Trouble Keeping A 12 Hour Apart Schedule And What Time Frame?
It seems like taking mine around 9:00 p.m and 9:00 a.m. seems to help.
I appreciate all who have replied to my question. I wish all a seizure free weekend.
I have meds 3 times a day. I finally found a app on my phone that is perfect. It has an alarm to help me remember to take my meds. It doesn't just ring. It lets you know it is time, asks have you taken them, makes you say u have taken them and this is all while the alarm is going. It won't go off until u answer these questions so it is easier to take them when it alarms. The app is called pillo and easy to find under Google Play app. It helps a lot.
Just an update to my March 27 post. The exact 12 hour span of time prior to taking my meds do not work. Oh well, I gave it a try.
I take all 3 of my meds twice a day once in the morning at 8 and at 8 at night with breakfast and dinner. I have a app on my phone that alerts me when its time to take my meds the same app that shuts off automatically when I take my nap and sleep and tracks all my meals and workout activity and my sleep duration
I'm used to doing 6-8 hours waiting before I have to take my next medication time. Like when wake up take meds then wait 6-8 hours at least but gotta remember when I actually woke up. I don't usually do 12 hour times so I'm not sure what meds your on exactly but my 1 caplyta, 1 Lamictal, 2 Keppra are for morning then at night it's 1 Lamictal, 2 Keppra, 4 Zonisamide, 1 Mirtazapine, and sometimes I'll take a muscle relaxer that is used for heavy problems of sleep issues.
When You Get A Med That Is On Your Bottle, Say Take In Morn, Afternoon, And Night, Do You Stay At The Same Time Or Around It? Curious
Twice A Day Tablets: Should I Take Them 7am And 7pm (12 Hours Apart) Or 7am And 3pm, As They Have A Life Of 8 Hours?
Who Have Taken Their Meds Twice When It Was Only Supposed To Be Once?
