:I am 9:30 am and 9:30 pm. I will not change my med time even when the clocks go back an hour. Too confusing to change.

I have my alarms on my phone set to take my meds the same time everyday. I even use my inhalers for my COPD at the same time everyday!

I always take my medication at the same times every day, one thing on my mind is that the clocks change by going back a hour at the end of the month so I have been taking them a bit earlier so it won't effect me to much.

Mine are AM / PM. So I take them when I wake-up around 6:00 - 7:00am and @ 7:00pm.

I have 3 containers daily dated. My morning meds at 3am is in the bathroom, my 11am is above the main frame and my last round of meds is in their container next to the dishes. If I am out of the house, on the rare occasion, I have a pocket pill container(s) for the time(s) and my phone will ring the time(s) I have to take my meds
