Insomnia And Not Sleeping A Night Or Barely, Do You Take A Nap And Get Some Rest Or Try To Stay Awake Till That Night And Get Sleep ?

I'm wondering about this here, because of the insomnia and such etc, it's dif per person, but I have read it goes with the condition of epilepsy and as you age at 60, but I do take a few naps time to time, but then i read it is ok to take a nap (s) and have not had a problem with that, but then taking a nap can possibly disrupt your sleep cycle, then what do you do when that may happen? I don't like to take naps because I sleep better without it.

I have trouble sleeping at night so I try not to nap during the day, but there are occasions I will take a short nap in the afternoon.

I turn the lights out at the same time and wake up at same time every day. I don’t nap. I find staying active during the day helps me sleep. Walking of course. And believe it or not cleaning wipes me out.

It's been said that getting exercise like walking is one of which can improve your insomnia and sleep by doing that daily, a half hour of I read, other times also, a 10 min one, and a shower and food etc have something to do with helping out with the condition of insomnia or sleep deprivation,

Dave experienced that as well and have to take power naps when I feel drained.
