Ive tried sleeping tablets but it’s like my meds fight against them. Any tips welcome.

I sometimes have a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep. I put my TV on a timer and it goes off automatically. Sometimes I wake up during the night and see what time it is and I turn over and try to get back to sleep.

I have problems getting to sleep, so most nights I put my TV on not to watch, but I listen to a quiz with my eyes closed then I'm asleep in 15-20 minutes, TV automatically goes off within 30 minutes , Take care 🙏.

For me I smoke indica weed(or that lower grade stuff you can buy at smoke shops) but you might not prefer it, to each their own.

One thing I used to do is listen to how to relax + keep calm cd's on a personal CD player that used to send me to sleep within 25 minutes, I can't do that now cause wearing ear phones makes my tinnitus worse, Take care 🙏

I too struggle with sleeping. My head just won’t shut up from thoughts, memory’s, something went on during the day, music playing in my head and other things.

The only thing that help a little is listening to the radio or a list of music and keeping my room Dark . The radio /song list helps slow my thoughts down. So my mind still keep running . Just not as fast, because the different songs s , are helping me.
