It's said it's a few things, at age 60, can happen at any time to anyone, could be temp or periodic periods of, and a few other things, i am curious about, some people it says accept it as a part of aging and live with, what do you think? I'm 59 and am going to be 60 in Dec, it has me curious about, not a stress thing but ? About.

I normally sleep fine but for me being out of routine is bad for my sleep.

I have always been an extremely light (insomnia) sleeper. Per my watch, (take that anyway you want), since Christmas when I got my new one, my nightly sleep has has ranged between 0hrs and 6hrs and 10 minutes. Average nightly by the week has ranged from 2 hrs, 20 minutes per night to a high of 3 hours and 43minutes. Keppra has been extremely helpful in keeping me up all night and wanting to nap all day

We know a good night's sleep can help with having seizures, after taking my bedtime medication as soon I get tired I go to bed, cause if you don't you will get over tired that effects you getting to sleep.

I’m usually up for a few nights a week. Just awake. I think it’s the meds . Or the fact that I’m not working now . It bothers me because then I’m so exhausted . Plus the heat has been horrible. I can’t nap either.
