I have low sodium blood levels possibly related to my epilepsy medications and I do have the dizziness, nausea etc so maybe it is all coincides with each other.

Yes, it is a prime cause of lightheadedness and fainting. It’s happened to me many times. The medications just complicate matters,, and intensify the effect. So I try too be careful… Good luck, and feel better!

Well when you stand after being immobile for a bit or soforth you're blood pressure will drop and it may drop to a point you may feel lightheaded. Hey when getting up or soforth try you're best not to rush it bud, medications do have various side-effects ofcourse so I'd suggest questioning you're doctor if it's frequently happening. Smiles!!! 👋

Yes! Hypotension is not necessarily related to epilepsy. It can be a side effect of AED’s 💜

Getting up too and feeling lightheaded can happen to anyone with or with out Epilepsy. I’ve seen a few friends and families get lightheaded from getting up too fast.

I, myself have done this also.
