Epilepsy Can Have Effect On Your Memory, What Annoys You The Most When You Forget It?

When I have seizures I lose my memory, what annoys me is pin numbers and passwords for accounts etc.

I found writing them down all in one place helped me with that. Have a special book that is just for that job. Always put it in the same place and then you don't have to remember as many different codes

I do that as well, plus I put things away for safety reasons, then when I want it I forget where I put it.

One thing I do to to keep track of appointments etc is I put them on a old phone the night before the appointment with alarm " tomorrow going to dentist " so it let's me know what I have to do without forgetting.

I loose memory all the time. I'll go in a room or the kitchen. To get something and completely forget. Imagine that same issue with a TV show or movie.
