I find it very difficult to stay cool when it's warm/hot outside and when it's really hot it makes me feel ill. I was just wondering if that triggers anyone else's seizures?

There are some of us who don’t tolerate heat. But then there some who don’t tolerate the cold weather as well. Then there are some of us who can cope through the 4 seasons of weather

Heat does not affect me. I always have a dry mouth so I drink often all day.

I have heard that dehydration will trigger seizures. I have to force myself to drink more water each day!
