I have TLE. My best advice would learn as much as you can, but don't look to much into it, once you do that see if you can do things a little bit differently and if your seizures are under control and you have made the changes then try to forget about it if that makes sense.

First thing seizure does an overwhelming rush of emotion riled by it. Remind self you know why, it will pass then emotions settle down. Ease mind try to relax let it pass always know we're fine after. Once mind knows this fear of seizures begone. Think of how little harm due to meds which prevent this. Imagine years ago when none knew the cause nor treatment. Once I knew bout my epilepsy saw no reason to fear seizures cause knew was just a brief time when brain missed a beat but all would go back to normal. Try to just deal with that brief but crazy time to relax mind learn more bout your own to alleviate getting upset toʻ.

I have Grand Mal Seizures so I know they can happen any point at anytime but it’s inevitable to stop the damage of the effect so to me it’s best to live the best of my life the best I can whether it’s through rough times on other events or a more secure safety life which I know most choose the security I don’t I want to be free of what I wanna do now I'll admit there’s a few things I won’t do like swimming because I don’t wanna scare others if it happens also I want to just live life the best we can as humans because we can’t leave the world we’re in so it’s best to embrace it and keep fighting but there are ways to help you deal with it like certain hobbies or a interest that you like that can help you get by this world day by day it’s our best chances of making it till then. Always be more like ourselves and less like everybody else…. Always be proud who we are as epileptic people I know it feels like a curse but it’s a thing that makes us more different then others and different isn’t bad.

If you can calm an relax, it helps,
But if you fear what can happen.
Your own mind will always have the stress an Anxiety. It's better to not fear it a try to live with it. I can tell you every Seizure is different. Cause an Effect. Unpredictable an unknown reason's a Doctor or Phylogest
